    4.1 Awards
    a. Clerical changes to IX.A., and revision to the notification requirement when precedence-bearing awards are bestowed.
    b. Re-ordering within IX.C. and IX.D. to move and rename the Order of the Burdened Tyger.
    c. Revisions to IX.D.7. to rename the King's Order of the Tyger of Valor.
    d. Revisions to IX.D.9., restructuring the Augmentation of Arms to conform to current College of Arms policies.
    e. Revisions to IX.D.10. to rename the Tyger of the East.
    f. Revisions to IX.E.1. regarding the duration of written polls.
    g. Revisions to IX.F. to specify the Order of the Rose as bearing a Patent of Arms.
    4.2 Baronies
    Amendment to VII.F. to remove the Barony of Havre des Glaces, the Barony of Smoking Rocks, and the Barony of Stonemarche from the default baronage succession timeline, as these have had successors invested and are now subject to sections F.6.c. through F.6.e.
    4.3 Kingdom Officers
    a.Revisions to IV.A.2. and IV.F. to eliminate the lesser office of Kingdom Chancellor of the Academy of Pages and incorporate those respo nsibilities into the Kingdom Chancellor Minor's office.
    b.Rearrangements within IV.F. to match the list order of IV.A.
    4.4 Equestrian Award
    Discuss the formation of an award for equestrian activity.
    4.5 Records Maintenance
    Consider changes to the requirements for officers to maintain hard copies of critical records.
