Objective: This resource page is here to help local branches navigate the submission of the various types of waivers collected by the SCA during official events and practices.
All waivers can be located on the SCA Website under their appropriate section here: http://www.sca.org/resources/document-library/#waiver
As a temporary solution, we have created a way to upload waivers directly to the Kingdom. This process may change in the future as we review solutions.
In order to use the form linked below, you will need to be logged in to your East Kingdom Members Email account. If you do not have an EK Members Address, please review the Account FAQ here: https://webminister.eastkingdom.org/email/east-kingdom-accounts-faq
Each type of waiver must be uploaded separately for each date in question.
If you have multiple waivers of one type for a date, such as the child waivers, please combine them in one file and upload each type only once.
PDF is the preferred file type. If you do not have a scanner, you can download AdobeScan from your AppStore to scan files into PDF via your phone or tablet.

If you are unable to submit them electronically or have a box of waivers you do not have the ability to scan, and wish to mail them, please mail them to the following address:

If you do send them via physical mail, please send a quick email to the Kingdom Seneschal at seneschal@eastkingdom.org to let her know you have done that so she knows to expect them!
